Thanks to everyone who wrote about last night. It certainly has been a special time these last two weeks. I was initially nervous that fans would disrupt the shoot, but it all couldn't have turned out better. As Emcee has so well illustrated, fans who were concerned have been reassured, and the filmmakers must feel good about how everyone cooperated so harmoniously. The fact that some of the actors apparently showed up when they weren't needed says it all about this movie. That kind of thing so rarely happens, especially on big budget films.
Wicked, I'm really glad your unlucky day turned into the best luck you could have. (There must be a lesson in there somewhere about acceptance, but I'm too tired to articulate it.) TGIF, it's great you could be there too. And Emcee, the fact that what you've seen has looked like Rent to you is the best assurance I can think of that they're on the right track.

Welllll...we tried to suffocate everyone with hairspray, but it didn't quite work. Seems you build up quite a tolerance being in theatre.
