Hon, try again. I am SO the Guttery multiple entrende queen. In fact, I can have them happen one after the other if the person I'm with is good enough.
Isn't that what Em and I just did?

Well... yes. So you can be the princesses of multiple entrendes. *clings to crown* People keep takin' my titles, damnit! First someone else declared themself Threadjack Queen and now this!
So I'm running away to go comfort myself with Angels in America. Later, lovelies.
::pouts::
FINE! Keep your stupid crown! I'm still the Angst Goddess. Or I was...until I retired...oh well, I'm rapidly gaining it back.
awww, I missed nia!
I can be a princess. That works. Especially since my damned brother is playing the Drama Queen today. *eyeroll*
thanks for your second post emcee. i just saw it. i'm glad you got to go again!

Emcee, I'm sorry. Fifteen year old boys are a nightmare to go to school with, I can't even imagine LIVING with one. *hugs*
NTG, I'm pretty angsty too. Watch your back.
Angels in America=LOVE. The only thing I dislike is that I think whoever plays Prior (too lazy to look his name up) is too much of a smartass and the actress playing Harper is too spacey and goofy.

Ha, this is just one big game of 'post tag'. (Like phone tag, where everyone just keeps barely missing each other)
Whoever's here is it!
NIA! You did NOT say that Mary Louise Parker (aka Goddess) is too goofy. That's Harper. Harper's a valium addict. She IS spacey. She is literally, absolutely out of her mind. I loved the way MLP just spoke in total stream of consciousness, etc. What I love about Harper is that even though she's a total headcase, she's so thoughtful and insightful. MLP nailed it. Seeing her do AiA made me an enormous fan. She's just brilliant. Take it back! *puppy dog eyes*
So Adam. heh.
*waves* Hi Chloe!
Hi, Emcee! I had to work today and got home a couple of hours ago
But I did find an interesting item about extras casting for Rent in SF. It looks like they're using non-union people, so it's possible someone who posts here could get extra work. I posted the info on the "Rent in San Fran" thread. (I feel kind of paranoid about starting yet another Rent movie thread.)
There are so many, but they're all questions that have been here a zillion times. People keep asking if they're still filming in New York, and it's driving me craaaaaazy. I mean, just READ! *shakes head*
Anyway, that list of locations they're using in SF is intriguing. Hopefully there will be some pictures and stuff.

Emcee, that's just how I feel that Harper SHOULD be played, but I felt like Mary Louise missed that mark entirely. She's just so monotonous and unfocused. When I read the plays, I felt like Harper should always be deeply buried in thought and always expelling it, always concetrating on that. She's spacey, but her 'space' is a particular place in her mind that's very out of touch with the real world and is perpetuated by the drugs. Mary Louise was just 'wheeee.... blah.'
So should I finish the last chapter or chat on bww? Oh, choices. Chloe and Emcee, your avatars confuse me since they're so similar.
Noooooooooo, I love her! *covers eyes*
Wait to watch the last chapter. It's very long, and a lot to take. I couldn't watch more than like two chapters in one sitting at first... still can't.
I'm trying to change my avatar, but not having luck with the one I want.
Hi Nia! Sorry, I didn't see your posts before. Yes, Emcee's and my avatars are very similar now, they're even confusing me.
I'm ashamed to say that I have yet to see the full Angels film version, although I actually worked on one scene from it quite a while ago. That was very interesting.

Really, Emcee? I've been watching almost nonstop. Love it. It's odd, I usually don't like movies at all because I feel like so much time is wasted, but I can't pull away from this.
What scene, Chloe? You MUST tell, I'm dying to know. And speaking of avatars, I just realized that mine sort of goes with my signature. Whee.
Well, the first time I saw it, I watched it on the original HBO showing, so it was half one week, half the next. So, I was used to not seeing all of it at once. I took it pretty hard, since the last part I saw was Prior really sick.
I don't think I could have handled watching something this heavy and sexually oriented at your ages - which is partly about what a sheltered kid I was, and I guess partly about how unsheltered everyone seems to be now.
