I love classic movies, but I prefer the 'cult classics'. Like Rocky Horror, Clockwork Orange, Dr. StrangeLove (anything by Stanley Kubrick basically)

I lke every classic that involves: David Niven, Danny Kaye, Burt Lancaster, Yul Brynner or Peter Ustinov.

LOL - would you believe that "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty" was on just before this one? Danny Kaye was a wonderful comedian but an even better actor. His portrayal of the ragpicker in 'Madwoman of Chaillot' was INCREDIBLE!

I loved him in the Court Jester, Knock on Wood, On the Riviera and I saw a charity concert where he played the conductor of the New York Sypmhonic Orchestra. I have it on tape and it's fantastic, it was made in 1982 I guess.

Being back from being taught how to use the tractor. Man I love being behind the wheel of....things...only six more months and it will be a car!

As for movies, my hippie sister introduced me to a million amazing movies that are all like...indie/cult...wierd...but their amazing. Some are Donnie Darko, Empire Records, American Beauty, American History X, Fight Club, Hedwig and the Angry Inch (amazing music in that one), Garden State, Pulp Fiction, Se7en...man there are so many and they are all FANTASTIC.

I watched a Danny Kaye movie the other day, called the Girl Next Door I believe, haha definetly not one of his best, there seemed to be a long portion of it which was animated...
So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life.~Office Space

ok adding my 2 cents into the old movie catagory... i love Esther William's movies. i swear i think she's my favorite actress ever. All About Eve is another favorite movie of mine. yeah i have a werid taste in movies. but whatever. yeah so i won't be here for the cam tonite. going out yet again. i love college life and the fact that i'm with/around all my friends again. loving this.

WE WON OUR FIRST FOOTBALL GAME OF THE YEAR! WHOOO! (but, i'm sorry that michigan lost! poor greg! re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!! lol, but i will admit..greg's expressions were so cute!) at least somebody's team won today, right?

lol. i was gone for 9 hours today, guys! ah, but i thought about DRS, so i survived! for those of you who don't know..marching band uniforms have LAYERS, and are designed for the cold. and it was HOT today.

but u know what was THE WORST PART? HECKLERS. don't worry, they weren't from our school. omg. we were on the field, standing in opening set, and then these OBNOXIOUS GUYS started screaming, "GET OFF OUR FIELD!" and "WHY ARE YOU GUYS WEARING COWBOY HATS?" (our hats looks like cowboy hats) some other things they screamed were, "GIVE US A TUBA SOLO!" (sacrastically, of course) and "WE HATE THE TRUMPETS!"

yeah. i hate them. so much. i'd like to see THEM march and play at the same time. but, it's okay, cuz none of us fought or argued back. it's just....it was the FIRST performance for our newbies and freshmen, and that was not a good way to set the mood for the already nervous kids who were doing this for the first time.

oh, well. anyways, I'M GONNA BE HERE FOR THE CAM! lol, i've been DEPRIVED, especially after wednesday night!

Elphaba - All About Eve is one of my favorite movie too. I even wrote it into my thesis. I have seen it hundred times.

Yes All About Eve!...I love Fox Movie channel, anyone else get it, amongst the crap it plays it throws in a lot of good older movies...
