sweet!
Annie: WoW, causes death. that's a bit harsh. lol
Meg: Mark from RENT would be awesome. Personally my favorite character would be the Emcee from Cabaret, but I'm not sure Stitch would look quite as good as Alan Cumming in that harness. lol. And deff send it to Norbert. I'm sure he'd love it. And of course Andre for Greg.
Kerrie: Congrats. And even if you don't get it, you can still say that you got a call back on your very first college audition. That's gotta count for something right.
as promised... here is "The Stitch of the Opera"
DRE and EVERYONE ELSE WHO SAID IT: when i get a chance maybe i will send it to him. haha.. i should draw stitch as andre and give it greg when i go in october. hehe.. that could be interesting.
TRACI: hmm... interesting idea to ponder on... stitch as the emcee? hmmmm.... hehehe
Gah Meg. That is the cutest thing ever. I love it.

I love it
These drawings are amazing..
We're watching The Matrix in class. (This class discusses computers in film..) and, well, I just woke up..
Lucky Kerrie, sociology is my one non-honors class at comm. college, I just got back from it...can somebody shoot me please? We spend over an hour defining like 6 terms, repeating the definitions, spelling words, asking us to define theory and universal and stuff like that, and the teacher said that's great that I came up w/ the word discriminaton. Bah. Anyone have advice for ways to entertain myself during class asides from sleeping?
I do HW for my other classes in the dud classess...
amanda-like cat said, do other homework....or could u switch out of that class and take a harder one?
i had a history class like that. i was placed in the regular level freshman year, when all of my other classes were honors classes. i ended up getting a 97 at the end, but still. it was BORING and not challenging at all. so i obviously took the advanced level the next year. it was harder, and my grades dropped a bit, but i was glad that i took it in the end.
I always appreciate the easy classes I get, ya never know when you're gonna end up in a class, with piles of Hw, and the insistent desire to gouge your eyes out to avoid the massive amounts of reading!
I don't think any of us are so damn brilliant we'll melt if our brains go unoccupied for an hour....
Hmm, I love Greg Jbara.
I second that, liz!
meg, omg, i LOVE your stitch drawings!

Meg - you should draw one with a cake, and send it to Greg for his birtday. Just a suggestion.
Meg those are fantastic. And oh so cute.
Oooh okay so I had to drop out of 'Charlotte's Web' for Marching band, but that same theater does a show for 2 and 3 year olds, its always some variation on Whinnie the Pooh, and they don't audition people they just call you if they like you. And last night I got called!! They want me to play Eyore, which means I get a song. I'm totally excited. It's been a while since I've actually gotten a song in something. People always act like they like me...but then I end up with a chicken.

This is so great Alanna. Eyore must be fun to play.

my college career is going down the crapper.
my advisor is like your not taking the right classes for this or this, you weren't REALLY accepted into this program, since your not in an ensemble right now, you could lose your scholarship, and you may just die in the next few days.
i'm so depressed guys. i don't know what to do. i'm so stressed out. all i do is go to class, practice, and work. and then, when i'm done with all that, i practice more, and then work more.
its so freaking annoying. especially now that i'm not even in the major that i wanna be in! i hate college. i wanna go home.
I'm sorry Ali. That must be really tough. ::hugs:: ...want I should shoot the advisor..or the dean....I've got connections, I'll hook you up.

Oh, Ali, that is tough.
But all I can say to you "Be optimistic". I say this to me everyday for a month now. It works, I mean I didn't jump out of the window yet.
Thats rough Ali, not much better if you stay home though in my experience
I AM home and college still drives me nuts, its still impossible to get into the classes I want/need...still impossible for the school to get financial aid figured out without giving me the same forms to fill over and over and over...And on top of that I have to figure out how to get transportation there everyday...cars, insurance, and god help me gas...AND I have to live with my parents...
oooh, everybody, everything will work out soon enough enough! every cloud has a silver lining! beginning of school's a pain, but that's what BWW's here for!
plus, if nothing works, IM me, and i'll sing you some songs! lol!
haha I'd like to also point out for the record I'm not upset!...although I might need to pretend to be to score some songs from jamie...
Everyone gets used to the inane college bureaucracy with time...

But please don't sing "forget your troubles, come on get happy" from Judy Garland.
