re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

Good morning everyone, yeah I know it is a sort of early but I wanted to go swimming, although I told my dad not to wake me up if it rains.
He has just waken me up and guess what...it is rainging. Parents!!!!!

hey, just got in. walked the the movie theatre with my friends who saw Lord of War while I saw Just Like Heaven. And I was the only person in that theatre. It was sort of cool.

Traci: ah, I get the whole song thing now. When is the movie out? i might actually go see it though I have never wanted to go to see the show.

Yay Liz! when is the show you are seeing and what seats?

sorry Annie, about the rain, but it will stop soon. Oh, and we have decided that we need a big Greg Thread get-together next summer since you will be in NYC then.

Edit: I sort of want to see the Naked MacBeth. Is that bad? lol.

re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

Jamie- I don't have school Friday due to a teacher conference. I've only had one full week of school all year lol.

Dre- I'm seeing it Sat, Oct 22 at the evening performance, Meg's got matinee. My seats are right front mezz. Losers at telecharge didn't have any available for center front, this explains why I usually go to mats. lol.

re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

Mornin' guys. I love Tuesdays. I get to sleep in!

I have a voice lesson at 2. My teacher emailed me and she's going to teach at her apartment from now on.. so I have to find my way to 93rd street. (93RD. MY GOD. lol) So it'll be interesting! Time for another subway adventure! haha
#6112

re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

Good luck Kerrie! Let's see, I'd advise taking the 1 b/c that's the only subway I know ans it takes me everywhere, but hopefully you're not desperate enough to have to rely on my idiotic direction.

So just got back long essay. Writing was great, not one red mark on 10 pages, I was pleased(teacher swore he actually read whole thing...) Apparently, I had to use 3 things to compare, so have to add in small snippet, probably on choreography to get my grade. He said it tended to be a tad overkill and if I could bare to lose a paragraph or example or two it wouldn't hurt, but he said overall it was a great essay. I am proud.

re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

Kerrie: Your voice lesson starts in half an hour. I hope you make it there alright.

Ali: YaY for getting a reply from Joanna.

Panda: Good to know that he liked your paper, just sucks that after writing 10 pages you now have to add more to it in order to get your grade.

re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

wooo, what Meg? work the Tour? lucky you, i think. And seeing DRS. I hope to see it in early January, right before John leaves. Anyone up for that?

Amanda: congrats with the paper. but, do you meant that you have to write more to get an actual grade or did you get the grade yet?

Kerrie: good luck with the subway thing. I know i would suck on it.

Ali: lucky with the Joanna pic! I hope to get something from Greg soon. i sent it about two weeks ago. I know liz, you have been waiting for like 4 months. But I'm hoping.

got choir at 5. can't wait. Singing Mendelssohn. I head-bop to some of it. lol. Pretty weird when i have short hair.

Edit: I feel like an idiot! instead of writing 'head-bop" i wrote "head-boop." Head-boop! weird.

I asked Greg and he told me that they wouldn't perform on the Katrina's benefit concert. re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

Every show is celebrating it's 100th or 200th performance. How many shows had DRS? Anyone knows?

re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

i am shocked that nobody got the hugh jackman/patrick wilson ode!

well, for those of you who didn't get it (i am ashamed! JK!!) hugh jackman played curly in the London production of the OKLAHOMA revival, and Patrick wilson (aka raoul from the POTO movie) played Curly in the Broadway revival. (which i saw!!!) and, well, "Oh, what a beautiful mornin" is the opening song, and curly sings it. so, yeah. that's that.

dre: i was just in a good mood this morning! LOL, it was SO WIERD. cuz i am NOT a morning person!

I GOT MY JOANNA PICTURE IN THE MAIL YESTERDAY TOO! it's bootiful!!

And I guess Jamie, Patrick could have easily continued The Boy From Oz, too.

lucky Liz! when's that? Oct. 22?

lucky jamie! I should ask Joanna for her pic.

I'm guessing when john leaves, the show count will be about 300. Do you think so?

choir soon!

Hey guys. Made it to my voice lesson with no problem. The subway is pretty easy once you get the hang of it..

SO! I get off at my subway stop coming back from the lesson, which is right by city hall, and I see all these cameras and people... and what are they filming? An episode of Law and Order!! Right across the street from my school!!! I saw Sam Waterson! (That's his name, right? lol) It was very cool.

Acting in 15 minutes, gotta run.

re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

John's getting old. And maybe Norbert feels that he can add a bit more to the character. Or, needs to work, cause he hasn't found anything else yet.

DRE: yes. yes that is very good that i'm working a tour. it's money for DRS in october, and experience for me.

JAMIE: hehe... patrick wilson and hugh jackman.... mmmm... now that's a yummy combo. i loved them both in oklahoma. i own the dvd of hugh and saw/met patrick when it was in NY.

ANNIE: eh. not too sure about patrick replacing hugh in boy from oz. it could be done, but not sure if it would work.

ALI: ::psst!:: how dare you get a different picture from Joanna! lol... kidding. kidding. glad your starting to get stuff back from the cast. i'm still waiting on mr. andrew again. (yes i sent him the pic of me and him for him to sign) and victoria clark from piazza.
