Ah I too missed the best webcam ever >< Anyone save those pics so wickedrentq and I could see them? Oh well...I went to see Mamma Mia tonight and it was fantastic! I have not seen it since Feb and it was even better this time. Great cast, especially Liz Mccarthy as Rosie. She was hilarious! The songs and the set were as amazing as ever. A huge thumbs up as an alternative to DRS. I tried to see Greg at the stage door before the show but he didnt come by 7:25 so we had to head to the Winter Garden. I'll see him Sunday at the auction and then at the show! I am psyched to see it again. Hopefully, I can meet some of you guys there ^^ Ill treat anyone to the show if we enter and win the lottery together.
BTW I am on cloud nine atm. Went to the Wicked stage door after and waited for Shoshana. She came out last but she was sooo nice tonight to everyone. Very happy and friendly. What was awesome was that I asked her if she got my book which I sent her for her birthday. Well she did and she thanked me! She said she didnt read it yet but was thankful for it and promised to get to it when she had time (perfectly understandable). She is soooo beautiful....I am going to miss her when she leaves. And I am missing her last performance to see John's last show Jan 8th ( a very tough choice but the right one).

Ryan, just wanted to say a couple things...

first off your offer to treat someone is really sweet...I unfortunately can't go but you seem to be around the city as much as I am so if you want to try another time, particularly thursday nights I'll be in the city almost all the time, let me know(and I wouldn't want you to treat me, I enjoy giving my money to a great show.)

Ooh, and I'm going Jan 8th too! Where are your seats? If I don't catch you on Sunday or we haven't met by then, we def will!

I havent gotten the seats yet actually. Where are you sitting? I literally just decided that I am doing sat night Jan 7th Wicked (to see Sho and Michelle one last time), Sunday Jan 8th DRS for John's last, and Tuesday Jan 10th Wicked again to see the new cast. Not bad for 160 bucks ^^ (with both Wicked seats 55 dollars but I may spend more to see John's last if you have good seats)

Well, I excitedly posted here when it happened, I played around a bit, and somehow got discounted $75 tickets for Jan 8 in the second row of center orch, seats 101 and 102. Problem is I won't know for a while who's taking the other, I mentioned it to my other sister, but she doesn't know her schedule, so it could be awhile before I figure out who my companion is and such. Ah well, still exciting.

Good job getting the $55 tix for Wicked, I hear that's hard.

Ulgh...gotta love those moments of equal joy and anger. First class of the day cancelled...thrilled to not have it...angry once again I got up early and such to get to class to see it was cancelled, again w/ no better eay of informing us so I could have slept later and saved a trip.

And I missed the chat!

I'm appeased now as I got a color of purple sampler in the mail, and although I've already heard the songs off the website it make-a me happy to get it

...and it may contain subliminal advertising as I really want to see this show now, where as I had little interest before...Now I want to read the book too, now if only I can convince my teachers to stop with those pesky little assignments they insist on..

...Ooh just remembered, isn't andrew producing this too...or co producing it or is an invovled with it in some capacity...

hey guys. just got back from classes and whatnot.
and my computer is broken. my cute little ibook G4 just won't turn on. i didn't do anything to it! i don't download anything..i just use the internet and iChat (aim) and a word processor to write papers. and now i can't. and i'm just so sad. right now i'm on my roommates computer cuz she left for the weekend, but seriously..i'm so pissed that my computer is broken for no reason. and that the people can't just fix it...they have to send it out to the apple store place to get them to fix it. i miss it already

Okay so interesting events today...

It was club fest at my community college, I was on my way to swim(just discovered a wonderful fact that I can swim for half an hour between classes!) so stopped by and went through some. Went to the players table where I saw a girl I knew from summer theatre that I interned w/, found out they're def not doing a musical at all this year.

She said I should do crew and I was like, well I stage managed and was production assistant in high school, I did enjoy it...and then she was like why don't you try out? And of course my automatic response is sweetie there's a reason I do pit, and we laughed.

But as I was doing laps I thought about it more. I actually was in a show in high school, a teeny part written in for me b/c the director couldn't find a character for me and well I did lots for the club so I think she kinda owed me. But there is no singing or dancing in dramas...and I'm certainly not shy...and would go in w/ no excpectations...so I think I may try out. It's the Elephant Man, anyone know anything about it? I saw the movie, don't know how the show differs.

Cat, if it makes you feel better: yesterday cam was amazing but not as amazing as it was two weeks ago, if you know what I mean
