Grrr...

My sister brought home her stupid cat...she's staying at my aunt's down the block b/c she doesn't wanna see my dad so I'm left w/ her stupid cat...she keeps hissing and being a bitch at my cat...and just in general. Earlier she was on my bed so I sat down to get dressed and she scratched my face so it bled. And just now she came up on the desk where I'm sitting w/ my computer and almost scratched me while I reached for the mouse and keyboard. Finally chased her into my room. And my sister's going to Hawaii for the week leaving me w/ this little devil...ulgh.

Not having a great day.

Oh - the poor little kitty's just scared. Cats don't like to be taken out of their homes with their familiar things around them. They're also very territorial and she's been taken out of her territory and dropped into a foreign land .... WITH ANOTHER CAT! She's scared and she's taking it out on you.

(I'm very much a cat person. Can you tell? LOL)

when I was five once I was lying on my grandmother's bed and when I wanted to change my position(to lie on my stomac) I realised that her cat was lying beside me and he just waited for the right moment, he scratched my back so hard that he even teared my dress my grandmom made for my birthday...

Yeah yeah Mamie that's what my mom and sis are saying, still I'm supposed to not be able to sit at the computer or on my bed w/o inducing quite a bit of pain just b/c she's scared? That's not fair.

Actually, my cat used to belong to my sister, but she gave him to me, so she should remember him, then again I don't think they got along when they were together.

I would adore having 3 beagles! I loove dogs! I had the best doggy in the world...we got him when I was 9, he was a hound mix...he actually had kennel's cough when we first got him, he would walk around the house coughing, and we had to give him medicine. We think he was abused before he came to us(he was 2) b/c he was afraid to bark and would make very scared faces if like we lifted something heavy in his direction. He got over it though...barked way too much, but was still the sweetest thing. He'd jump on ppl but always loved to sit w/ me and wouldn't hurt a fly...actually he was scared of flies and well everything. Actually he was terrified of my sister's bitchy cat, our bunny we used to have he woudl follow her, sniff her tushi, then run away scared. I miss him soo much(he died last year). Doggies are the sweetest things ever.

As a wonderful line from Dog Sees God that I saw Thursday puts it:

"Dogs look at their masters and see God. Cats just have to look in the mirror to see that."

5 essays and 2 finals to go for me, over the course of the next week and a half...I'm one unhappy camper...

I can't find my cat, I think she has been assimilated into the crap fest that is my room and will never be seen again...

but Christmas tree today!

So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life.~Office Space

Oh - that's not too bad.

Well, I just got bad news. My aunt (mom's sister) passed away last night. We knew it wasn't going to be too much longer, it's just that she loved Christmas and this is going to be very hard on her family.

Now I have to decide whether or not to go to Ohio for the services. Any other time of year is no problem, but winter is horrible!

Then let's see sociology test a week from Monday...2 page paper due in processes of thinking/philosophy next week...take home english final...mini presentation and where I am w/ my psych research paper, I have till feb 1 to finish that...and...that's it...already have an A average in psych so can skip the last test. Aww, decorating Christmas trees, lucky Cat! Can I help decorate in spirit? I decorated my friend's tree in 8th grade and it was the funnest thing ever! I wish I could do it again..

uh, thanks annie, but i meant that I had a lot of sleep. I'm ok now. Thanks though. I did have an interesting dream. this woman was following me in a bottom down shirt, and jeans and badge that said she was with the police but she looked psychotic. so i called the police but then three of them walked by so I hung up and told them that she was following me and they began to chase her and finally caught her. it was weird and scary. lol.

Amanda - do you have one room in the house that you don't use a lot? Believe me, she and all of you would be better off if you kept her in there, with the door closed. Make sure she has plenty of food, water, and litter and it would be perfect if she had a window to look out of and places to explore. But all of you would be better off if she were limited to that room. (Don't forget to visit her a couple times a day.)

I'm all for that idea w/ one small problem--she loves my room! My bed...last time she was here she made it stink w/ a hairball, god I hate her...I think my mom's too nice for that, she made me promise to let her out when I leave, etc.

Well I think I have a good plan, my mom's going up to my other sister for 3 days next week...so I will put my dad in charge of the stupid cat and me and the adorable cat, he can keep her away from me, he's supposed to be staying away from me anyway. the two make a good pair.
