Welcome also Zyla - or whatever your name is. Forgive me for changing the title - but I think we agreed a thread or two back that we were NOT going to be changing the thread title anymore! It's really irritating!

Now - back to you. I for one would LOVE to hear your review of DRS.

One more note - Don't forget (everybody) to watch Greg's cam tomorrow. I believe he's going to be bringing cute-new-guy Matt in and introduce him to you. I have a bad habit of asking him to do things like this on days when I can't watch the cam. Gotta work

I started the Welcome Zyla title. I feel it's important to make people feel comfortable.

Which is why I love my reclining couch so much.

Once I have a nice picture of me, I will change my avatar- then my sig. This will probably occur today/tomorrow.

I agree that it's a nice thing to make newbies to the thread feel welcome and "comfortable" ... but I don't see where changing the thread title is necessary to accomplish that. This is still *supposed* to be a "love thread" dedicated to Greg. Not very respectful of him to go changing the title.

One thing to go off-topic ... wonderful to post welcome messages .. . another to totally change the title.

Sorry ... just my 2 cents!

Although I understand there are a few posters who enjoy the thread title in a never ending state of monotony...

The occasional change of thread title is NOT disrespectful and done by every other love thread with the exception of this one.

Moreover, I do believe, although I won't presume to speak for her, that the actual beginner of this thread would have no issue with the occasional alteration in thread title as long as it was not done in a manner akin to Broadwaygirlwicked's, which actually was disrespectful...

We are a love thread just like any other thread on this board...if you venture into the Adam Pascal, Raul Esparza, Anthony Rapp, etc. All of those threads go off topic, all of the titles are changed. The original title of this thread, the one that appears as the link to this thread on BWW, is Greg Jbara, so I don't see what is the matter with welcoming a new member in a title within the thread...

Also, no reason to get upset about a welcome title for those of you who didn't get one, that was the first time. I didn't get a "welcome to the thread" title! Oh...wait.

Anyway, this is a love thread, meant for fans to congregate, there's nothing wrong with going off-topic, I think that this is making the matter more serious than it is...and by my replying, I'm just encouraging it, but I wanted to add MY 2 cents, *throws two pennies*, being the starter of the thread...which I could easily have deleted, dun dun duuuun. . Kidding folks, kidding.

I personally feel that getting upset about changing the thread title is over reacting...I mean, it's one thing to have a thread that says "Gah I hate Greg Jbara" which nobody does, and if they do, well, they will be keliminated. But to welcome a new member, I dunno...I mean, we're being friendly! I don't see the problem at all, we seem to get a reputation for being so strict and such, when we aren't, and changing a title to be friendly is a lot better than changing a title to be mean.

And on the note of BGW changing the thread titles...WHY?!

I love Greg Jbara.




Oh and Dre, this is not the first love thread on the board, definitely not, lol.
