Dre...you are having dreams about Norbert and Sara... I think the only DRS dream I ever had was I talking to Norbert after a show about the website. I kid you not. It was rather boring.

And yes, I am hoping we can schedule a get together before and after both Norbert/John's last and Greg's last. I can't wait.

well, Norbert wasn't in it, just the idea of his last performance in Rent was. Sara was in the dream, Joanna's old makeup box was (it was a cardboard shoe box), and Liz was. so weird.

well, I can't make it on the 16th at all, but definately the 23rd. definataly before, but not sure after cause I have to catch a train. I'll see when the last one is that night.

Coolness Kerrie. Are you staying for the rest of the summer? Have a job? Wanna help me find a job?

I'm soo excited for this weekend.

Ooh, I saw Tarzan yesterday. 3 1/2 hours on the rush line, but I was with friends, so it wasn't so bad. I actually really liked it. It has its flaws--weak score that doesn't really tie into the story, very weak book, the monkeys don't really look like monkeys...but still had lots of great aspects. The lighting design was awesome, and the visual at the beginning w/ the shipwreck was fantastic. Lots of great visuals--you see them hooking ropes up, but still...Jenn goes from standing to ascending up to a spider's web and her dress comes out to form the web.

And the cast is really great. Josh is awesome--talks deeper(good thing), has a good voice, and has to go back and forth between talking and acting normal to his gorilla family and acting all weird around the humans. A couple of times he was supposed to be walking around, sniffing things, so he'd just sniff forward into the audience...which resulted in him being right in front of me and sniffing. It was kind of odd.

Jenn is adorable as always. She has a great English accent.

And the flying is cool IMO. Chester...damn...he swings in at one point, swinging upside-down. He said once you get used to it, it's not that hard, but it looked f*ckin painful. Seemed to be fun times when they started on the swings, but now it's easy. Near the end, some were swinging directly to me, I sat back b/c I thought I was gonna get kicked. Ooh, and then some of the monkeys run in and jump on the stage. I was in the aisle seat so I was next to them, and the last one definitely semi-jumped over me. It was a girl though, so it wouldn't have been exciting if she fell on me. Oh well.

So yeah, just figured I'd post some thoughts b/c I remember a lot of us discussing wanting to see the show and stuff. I definitely want to go back, but...that damn rush line.

Ooh, and I've never been in the Richard Rodgers theatre. Weird stadium seating. In the back of the orch, I felt like I was in main reserve at Yankee stadium--everyone's right, from all the way up, you can see maybe 1/3 of the stage.

I went to Wedding singer today, screw the world, it was a hell of a lot of fun the second time, too.

The end by Blucat500.

re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread, Part 4! *Witty Title Forthcoming*

ok, so I had another dream last night. I remember most of it. It was something like I got 3 tickets for Lestat with Drew Sarich in it. I tried calling Amanda and Kerrie to see if they were availible, but they weren't.

then, for some reason, I figured out that Drew Sarich was the brother of my friend, Krystie Sabins (I got their last names confused).

then there was a party with people that I can't remember. And they were surprised that I could drink the way I could. Maybe cause people last night were surprised that I could bowl the way I could. I don't know. weird.

For those on the thread interested in such things, there is a picture of Ewan Mcgreggor in a tomato suit in the current issue of People magazine.

Hello all. I've been reading some of the back posts and see that quite a few will be in NY for Greg's last show and some for Norbert and Jon's last show. I remember a while back that someone suggested that Greg's fans try to get together to take him out to lunch - possibly between the two Saturday shows on the day before. That sounded like a good idea to me. Is anyone working on it? (I'll also be there for both weekends.)

It was my idea Mamie and I would love to indeed plan something. I am already planning something for Norbert's last show but a lunch before the show would be great. I asked Greg to come but hes going to be a huge rush after the show and I wouldnt dream of bothering him before. Still, I'd love for all the Gregheads to get together.

I figured he would be that last weekend, Ryan. I was actually thinking more about taking him to lunch the week before. But he's probably got every minute accounted for now. We're going to have to be happy just sitting in the audience. re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread, Part 4! *Witty Title Forthcoming*
