**Spoiler?**

Not to spread rumors, but any truth that Jeffrey gets caught cheating by Laura (his mom lets the cat out of the bag that he had sent some of his sewing out.)
Anyone have info?

I had no idea that the entire show was taped in 32 days. Wow, I'd be exhausted, too.

Thanks for the link, Doodle. This could prove to be very interesting.

It may just be hype for the show, and amount to nothing.

re: The Official Project Runway summer season thread!

Why do I get the distinct feeling that a new episode will not be shown tonight? There have been no promotions whatsoever about the show this week.

There have been promotions for a new epsiode, actually. I don't watch Bravo terribly much but even in the small space of time that I did, I saw a few commercials.

re: The Official Project Runway summer season thread!

Thanks, iheart. I was so disappointed last week when they aired a re-run, that I don't want to get my hopes up.

soooo.... i am super glad that they all are going to fashion week... i didn't particularly like any of their designs, but that is always how the last episode goes...

re: The Official Project Runway summer season thread!

I called a final four a few weeks ago. Michael's outfit really shocked me. I'm also amazed that Uli was able to pull something out (and win no less) at the last minute.

Next week's reunion show should prove to be very interesting. All I can say to Keith is: get over it.

re: The Official Project Runway summer season thread!

I am glad to see all four of them going. They all seemed so excited that everyone was "in."

As much as I can't stand The Neck, I thought the judges were overly harsh on Jeffrey. That dress, while not necessarily my taste, would sell in Anthropologie in a heartbeat. Funny - did anyone sense a bit of an Angela-esqe aesthetic in that dress?

Michael's dress was a surprising mess. Laura's was really pretty - and looked exactly like the one she wears in the opening credits.

Uli's was adorable, and her photo was great (plus she had Nazri, which never hurts!). A well-deserved win.

I actually liked what Jeffrey was trying to do, but I HATED the gathering at bottom of the dress. If it were flowy I think it would've been very pretty. I laughed when Heidi said it reminded her of a milkmaid, though.

For some reason, I'm really liking Nina this season. She seems genuinely supportive and I liked when they visited her at the offices of Elle magazine.

re: The Official Project Runway summer season thread!

I think it WAS the same dress as the opening credits, Peach...I am SO sick of her looks. She is a terrific craftsperson, but get a freaking new idea! As soon as they showed them sketching, over their shoulders, I was like "here she goes again!"

Ulli stepped out of her comfort zone and did a great job. I was hating her stuff too until last nite.

Jeffrey's and Michael's both stunk, imo...I hate having them lumped together, since I love Michael and hate Jeffrey.

I also think it's freaking LAME that all four are going to fashion week.

re: The Official Project Runway summer season thread!

If you think about it, most of the designers more or less have their particular "look" or "design". Uli's first outfit last night was looking the same as all the others, until she made it short.

Jeffrey, is it so difficult for you to say anything nice about your fellow designers? Geez!

I'll have to pay attention to the opening credits.

re: The Official Project Runway summer season thread!

I am sorry to reiterate how mad I am about all four going.

Why cant they just stick to the rules of the show? If they couldnt truly pick between Michael and Jeffrey last night, flip a freaking coin! They just dropped another notch in my book for this untwisty twist.

Doodle, either way all four were going to show at Fashion Week anyway (one as a decoy and 3 finalists).

re: The Official Project Runway summer season thread!

Right, we know that...but one should have been eliminated from winning the competition last nite.

I just dont like the rules changed for convenience.

Why couldnt Alison stay the week she was eliminated. They liked her work up till then. What was different last night?

I get that they cant decide as they are all so talented. Tough crap...do your job and eliminate someone.

Maybe they are embarrassed because Kara Janx had the best runway show last year, and they didnt "see" her showing in fashion week.
