I'm here. But not for long... I've got a coaching then musical theatre workshop, then acting. I'll be back much later!

I'm packing. Ugh.

I'm going out of town for Thanksgiving. And I'd really rather not.

Sorry to hear that. I'm a big fan of Thanksgiving, because turkey is yummy and the day after is my b-day, so presents are yummier. I don't get to go home until Wednesday evening though, and I have to take the train which sucks.

Turkey IS yummy!

This is random. But shouldn't Broadway actors get Thanksgiving off? I can't believe that they have to do a show on Thanksgiving. :/

I think most shows shuffle their Thanksgiving Weekend schedules around so they don't perform on Thanksgiving Day.

They didn't? That sucks. I mean, aside from giving the actors time off, who's going to go see a show that night?

I can't imagine. But that sucks for the cast. They should be with their family.

Isn't Chitty performing at the parade this year? I wonder if Raúl will do that.

I think I read they were performing Toots Sweets. I wonder, too. Something tells me no.

I get that feeling, as well. I feel like he's chomping at the bit to get out of that show. Especially with something as wonderful as Company to look forward to. (Is it March yet!?!)

He may surprise us, though. I'll certainly be watching the parade on TV from my Grandmother's house. Hahaha.

I have to pack tonight because I won't be here all tomorrow. But once I get home, I have to tell my parents about coming to NYC for Chitty's closing. The fact that it coincides with New Years will only freak them out even more, I'm sure. Whatever.

Even if Raúl does perform in the parade, there's no way I'll be up in time to watch it.

I got up to watch them last year, and I was so mad that all he did was sit in a car.

Oh, I'm totally watching! It's tradition. My sister and I always laze about watching the parade while my mother slaves away in the kitchen. Oops...

I still haven't unpacked from New York! I should do that.

I always watch, flipping between channels to catch the performances. It's always so exciting!

Lucky. I have the tape, but no VCR with me. So I have to bring the tape home with me to see it again.

Emcee, do you have both Chatterboxes he's done, or just the one you went to?

I was just wondering because I'm considering getting the first one too. I just wish you could pick and choose which episodes you want on tape, that would make it so much easier to see just the people you actually want to see. I'd never even HEARD of Brookes Ashmanskas until I got the Raúl tape.

I'm eating orange M&Ms.
