I'm in and out. My mom brought home an Into the Woods video from work, so I've been watching that up until now. I might watch the second act tonight, but I'm tempted to leave it be until tomorrow night. So far, it's brilliant.

Oh, and my mom's letting me take Wednesday off from school. Huzzah! If my grandma's up to it, I think I'll see RENT again and have a nice lunch with her.

D'you know what's fun? Asking teachers for recommendations for college. NOT. "Excuse me, would you like to give up part of your free time to write a letter about me that is the same as every other letter about every other kid in the country? It probably won't even help me get into college. Thanks!"

Elphie, I dreaded asking for recommendations, but when the time came, it was just obvious to me which teachers I should ask, because I had a better relationship (interaction ) with them than others. The fact that they were both English teachers was definitely a plus, it definitely made me a bit more confident that they could write me a good letter.
