And I feel sorry for you for having to go through all of those bugs. I'm sort of squeamish with bugs, too. Except for most spiders. I either step on them, or crush them in a towel and flush them down the toliet.

It's probably a bit of both!
And I'm guessing after that show, every one went out and partied a lot. I don't know how one could go to sleep after performing Taboo!

But you're right, g, he can just remove himself when he gets on stage. That's what I was saying earlier about working being something of an escape -- relating, almost, to what he said about hiding behind a character.
It does worry me that they think he's "messed up," but hopefully she didn't mean it in the worst of ways. I mean, I hope he hasn't gone insane in the past five days, or something.
