Raul needs more love than this, folks.
LOVE OF MY LIFE. And I don't care who knows it.
'Hey. What a way to spend a day.'
Ah, Raul...
What a way to spend a night!
*gasp!*
Glebb!
Love you, Raúl. So, so much.

yay!!! finally a thread for Raúl! thank you!
The E. stands for Eduardo, BluCat. Say it out loud all together, sounds nice.
ooh...he's so exotic!
One of the many things I love about him.
Raul Eduardo Esparza.
See, didn't that just brighten your day, Glebb?
My friend asked him what the E was for once, and he said it for her. She got all giggly. I was tired and spacing out, therefore missing it.
I'm all ears and eyes. :)
Off I go - I hope he's on tonight! The kind of luck I've been having lately... heh, you never know. Cross your fingers and toes!
All crossed.
Good luck!
ahhhhhhhh. As amazing as everrrr. This man is so. attractive. Everything about him.
Yay Emcee!!!
I bugged the box office guy, asking if he was going on, and he looked at me funny. He was like "erm, he'd... better be."
And after the show?
Nah, I didn't stick around. Granted with my luck, the night I don't stay will be the night he did sign.
Aww, well I'm glad the show was good. :)
Taped Theater Talk last night and started watching it a little bit ago. Even though it was a repeat from last year, I left the tape running. They were talking about last season and Michael Reidel had on Howard Kissell and Jacques Lesourd, I think his name was, and John Simon. They started talking about The Normal Heart and Jacques said he preferred Brad Davis from the original and John Simon disagreed saying that Brad was good, but he thought Raul was wonderful and one of the best actors we have these days and Jacques said he thought he was one of the worst!! He said he finds he flinches and you can't have these allergies to people. What he did in Taboo was outrageously bad. Howard said well that was a silly thing. He said Raul was a courageous, daring actor. John Simon mentioned The Kennedy Center shows that Raul did and how wonderful he was in both of them. Then Michael turned to Jacques and said that he (Jacques) hated The Normal Heart. Jacques said that hate might be too strong a word. He didn't like The Normal Heart 20 years ago and likes it less this time around. Kinda sounds like hate to me. Then there was a discussion of The Normal Heart amongst them and John Simon thought the fact that Raul was such a charming actor, it made the rant much more easy to take. Jacques said he didn't tear up at all. Then he said he was sure Raul would be back next year. Wonder if he saw Chitty.

Someone just told me about this over AIM. Is it bad that I want to rip that man's eyes clear out of his head?
I'll tell anyone who might listen that I believe with full confidence that Raúl is the single most talented, daring, charming, promising actor of his generation in New York. My heart breaks that people could so vehemently think otherwise.
No argument from me. If they can't see what's right in front of their eyes, I figure it's their loss.
