HAVE FUN! *a tad late*
Also, back to the roleplay discussion... it's not bad as long as they're not playing REAL people. I find that to just be... disturbing. Just like fanfiction about real people. It's wrong.

I don't know if anyone who's going to the benefit tonight will be online today, but Raúl dropped out of it. When he was signing something for me at the table, I asked what he'd be singing and he said he dropped out and was going to sing Petrified. (((
I'm soooooooo bummed! But at least I'm warned ahead of time. And I can console myself that there are tons of other great people singing tonight, too.
And damn!, he looked REALLY great today!! :-P

That's so sad. Oh well, I wasn't going anyway. But I'm sad that he dropped out for the people that will be there.
A friend of mine got him to sign a playbill for me at the flea market. He signed it "Hi Stef! Hello! Hi and Hello!" or something cute like that. And she told him I'd be at the show this week and he asked what show (not really sure why he wanted to know) but he got excited that I would be seeing it twice.
I can't wait!

On another thread, someone said they called Em to tell her, and apparently she wasn't surprised as she saw him coughing, I guess. I didn't see him cough at all, but he was talking a great deal to Bebe Neuwirth. And people he signed for, of course.

Ugh. I really hope he gets better. I mean, of course I will be bummed if he is out when I see the show on Wednesday. But his health is more important.

This whole being-out thing is making me wonder. It's been going on for a while. I hope he's not really sick.
Emcee is probably very upset.

Aww, I feel bad for her.
I wonder if he is missing his show tonight as well as the benefit.

Mmmm, things could be a hell of a lot worse. It's just one song in one show. I've only seen Rent on broadway, meaning no Adam or Raul for me EVER. I've a VERY limited amount of sympathy for these things. I just hope he's ok. He's been coughing, you say, and he's been out of breath... I know he's a smoker. *wonders*
/Rant.
RAUL! Stop smoking you bobo-head! Even if that's not why you are sick, it is BAD for you and you will DIE. And then we will all be very sad and cry forever. So STOP IT!
*end rant*
I hope he gets better and doesn't start missing gazillions of shows and stuff. I don't like it when people are sick.

At least he gets two days off now. Hopefully he will get lots of rest and live like a munk.
A mOnk?
I really hope he does feel better soon. Poor him, first his leg troubles, now this.

Bobo head? Only you would say that.
*sighs* I have limited sympathy for people who get sick because they didn't take care of themselves, too. But I'd be a bit sad nonetheless if he were really not ok.

Yes, monk! Thanks, I didn't even catch that! But I never read over things before I post them.
Whatever. There are so many people performing that I definitely wasn't *just* going to see him. I hope he feels better very soon.
My picture with him is adorable, and you were right about him being easy to talk to. We chatted about Sunday in the Park with George, then he signed my Cabaret poster and told Sutton Foster "not to say anything about it". Ahh, so happy. I bought the Seth's Chatterbox video of him and a couple posters. I didn't win anything that great but it was so fun. Sorry to hear he's not going to be in the concert. But he looked really good today...yeah...
I was stupid. He was in a great mood, and I just like... forgot to talk. I think I planned on the process being a lot less easy-going than it was... like, I figured they snap a fast picture and whatever, and that's it. So he signed my RHS CD insert, and we just exchanged "hi, how are you?" sort of things, but I wasn't really prepared to be too talkative. I just squeaked out a tiny "thank you!" and he was like "awww, you're very welcome!" hee. He looked incredible. I'll post the photo later.
