What I don't understand is why you would ever even *ask* someone you barely knew for a hug. What does that get you? It's an INvoluntary, meaning they didn't want to do it.

For future reference: Does it count as a voluntary if I tell Cary Shields to tell Raul to give me a hug? I mean, technically, I'm not asking Raul for a hug. Cary is my in, and my only voluntary.
I think we might need to add a new term!
Heh, Em, your mom just has high standards. She expects all Broadway actors to wine and dine her these days.

Coerced voluntary. Kind of like Wendla's consent in Spring Awakening, since they're our inspiration here.
Semivoluntary?
Has anyone else noticed that they're theguiltyones.org? What organization are they exactly?
We should have a site that freaks out cast members.. we definitely need an encyclopedia.
Oh, and the mullet debate before,
Mullet? Y/N?
Craww - the macro is now the background of my computer
Gosh, she's so spoiled.
It's an almost-mullet, however my favorite thing about that photo was the way that when the sun hit it, or it began to fade, he looked like he was going grey.

Since we're talking about moms.
Looks better in the picture with my mom than either of the pictures with me. Pink Sharpie! Jealous. Although, my mom is at a disadvantage, as no one has taught her MySpace angles yet.
Hehe, I'm missing out on all the fun! "Coerced voluntary" seems perfect to me.
My poor mother has heard so many things about Raul... she's definitely like, "And you like him WHY?" I wanted her to see Company, but no luck. I'm sure I'll make her watch it on PBS.
Craww, if I haven't mentioned yet, your avatar is priceless.

Is it sad that I know exactly where the picture was taken, just because of the Legally Blonde thing in the background? I love the Barrymore stagedoor, because for half the run you were staring at Laura Bell Bundy's airbrushed face.
Wow, he looks really adorable in that one!

My new avatar is my fav, because I was tired of pretending I was classy.
I would feel bad about posting the picture of Raul with my mom, but she posted Cary/Me/Raul on the fanboard she posts on all the time. Fair play.
I'd be lying if I said I didn't register on the Guilty Ones to read more about the voluntaries.
He doesn't seem to know where the camera is. But he looks cute.
Mom vs. Craww PIC FIGHT! Someone get the popcorn.
...I think your avatar is my favorite because it's unnaturally true.
We were both looking at the wrong camera on Sunday. Yay for us.
And I too love the avatar.

I'm SO happy my first picture is not in front of that horrifying visage of terror. Plus, it's in front of the Hotel Edison, which makes it look suggestive.
Poll: Airbrushed Laura Bell or Looming Albert?

Looming Albert. But, I have a personal problem with Laura Bell Bundy's face.
Plus, it's in front of the Hotel Edison, which makes it look suggestive.
Ahh, we all wish.
I think it was... the like... 5th time I stagedoored (ew. I'm such a stalker), there was a mother and her daughter discussing that poster, and how easy it would be to crush the little dog and put it on a kabob. It was one of my more interesting stagedoor experiences.
EDIT - Put me down for Looming Albert
Albert, hands down. He really does bear an uncanny resemblance to Albert Einstein.
Albert.
He'd be so honored.
