Okay, so from what I've heard of him, I think Raul has one of my favorite voices ever, so I do plan on sticking around here and showing the love, especially after I see Company (Thanksgiving wekkend!!!). The problem is I have heard so little of him, which makes me really really sad, so I was wondering if people who had nothing better to do felt like PMing me whatever they felt like...?

Anyway, yay Raul love.

Try that. It won't give you full songs, mostly, but it's a good resource anyway.

So far, the absolute best I've heard him sing was "I don't Believe in Heroes Anymore" at the chatterbox the last time he was there. But I love to hear him sing "Not While I'm Around" as well.

lol! Just wanted to add that "Chitty Raul" cracks me up. I can look at his ol'e bamboo any day...

For me, I think Being Alive trumps ALL. The combination of how good he sounds and the theatricality of the whole thing is just too much. My favorite Raul song will probably always be 30/90, but the best I've heard him sing in person was definitely Being Alive.

I've only ever seen Raul live in Company, but I would definitly put Being Alive on top of the list of best songs he's sung. There was just so much there, you know? There is such a difference between hearing a song and feeling a song, and when Raul sang Being Alive I really felt it- even from the back row (and I was in the VERY BACK row, lol)!

I *can't wait* to hear Being Alive. It's just one of those gut wrenching ballads, and Raul is the king of those. It's gonna be a night to remember.

I wonder if this means he's singing in Spanish. Latin music is something I have allllways wanted to hear him sing, but of course this is a benefit and it costs money. Of which I have little.

Amen skittles. I want to go SO BADLY, but I have auditions at school that day, plus a history test the next day. But it is so tempting.

I'd love to go. But I'm so not paying $50+.

I wonder if there's any possibility of them having rush. If they did, depending on how much it was, I'd consider it.

Oh, me too. I think it definitely sounds interesting, but I'd rather spend $50 on a show somewhere down the line instead.

If I lived there... or was gonna be there on that day, I would probably be willing to pay for it. It sounds great!
