9:00 show? Wow.
*sigh* Unfortunately, my chances of seeing this are miniscule. But if I end up miraculously being able to go that day, I'll let you know!
Yeah, it shows at 4:00 and 9:00 on Saturdays, which seems kind of late.
...strange. But for good reason, I'm sure!
I have no idea. *shrugs*
Back to that article... I cannot believe that he actually used the phrase "the person you love more than life itself" (even if it's very sad in context). Knowing that any real person says something like that makes me like him like ten thousand times more.

He's so well-spoken and heartfelt, like he really feels what he says, if that makes any sense.
One of the things I like most about him is his ability to put things that you never think can be put into words into them. Perfectly. Like, he says something and you're just like "yeah. That's EXACTLY how it is!!" I think that's eloquence at its best.
He really is astonishingly eloquent.

I agree with you, Emcee; I've been exploring raulesparza.com, and he seems so well-spoken in articles and interviews. Eloquence is a trait that I, too, greatly admire.
And may I add, Sweetsiren, you're so lucky! Company should be amazing, though that goes without saying.
I'm pretty sure English isn't even his first language. RIDICULOUS.
I think that not only is he beautifully spoken, and able to say what's on his mind in a very well-crafted way, but he also has the gift of wit, and the tendency to say what he FEELS. He's not afraid to let you see his heart on his sleeve in an interview.
agh, I can't wait to see him. Especially to see him play something serious, because while Chitty was fun, that's what takes my breath away.
Why is he so darn perfect?
Thanks, Zyla... I can't believe that it actually worked out that I can get there. It's especially exciting that it's my first time seeing him in anything.
ss, you're going to love it. I'm so excited for everyone that gets to see him for the first time. Hell, I'm excited in general!
Em, I'm pretty sure he probably learned Spanish and English relatively simultaneously. But the way he articulates himself makes me feel like a complete slacker. No wonder he considered becoming a lawyer.
While we're on the subject of actors who need to write books...
I want to hear him speak Spanish.
He'd be an incredible lawyer.

I would never ever want to argue any case opposite Raul. He is fierce. And so passionate about everything.
But at the same time, he's so gentle. And his Spanish is just....beautiful.

*wants to listen to him speak Spanish*
The first time I saw Chitty he came out of the stage door with some friends, and they were talking in Spanish. Per usual, he was speaking really quickly with tons of wrist action. My jaw dropped a little. It was too fast for me to understand much, and I really don't remember anything I did understand, but wow.
Oh why did I come back to this thread?
He's so damned beautiful.
Hi Glebb!
Hi Emcee!
<-- Raul says hi too.
I wish.
I went to Gables High.
He should really want to PM with me!
I forget; have you ever met him?
Ready for COMPANY?
I can not wait!!
