The PACT Act

If you are, or know, a military veteran, please take a few minutes to become familiar with the "PACT Act".

The bi-partisan "PACT Act" was signed into law in August 2022 by President Biden.  It provides financial benefits to military veterans who may have been exposed to toxic elements (for example, asbestos on ships) during their service and are now experiencing health issues that might be related to that exposure.  Recently, the Act was revised to expand coverage.

The first step is to submit an "Intent to File".  The Veterans Administration will provide advice and information and assistance, as needed, along the way.

THANK YOU to President Biden and the Veterans Administration!

The PACT Act

Can gay veterans who had to spend years or decades hiding their true selves avail of this service?

N.B. This is a genuine question, not an attempt at jibing you.
