What the data clearly shows it that the GOP is filibustering at twice the rate of what the Democrats did before, including what they did under Bush.

I'm terribly sorry that Obama has been such a failure. With those enormous majorities (majorities that Bush never had) we thought he would be able to get something done.

It has been a disaster, and I dread November.
