Rath - It's just meant to be a joke. The Razzie's were just mocking the administration and Britney Spears - people they obviously like to make fun of. There doesn't have to be an exact reason, it's just funny. A joke.
I think it's great that Halle showed up to accept it. I'm still shocked that she won the Oscar for MONSTER'S BALL OF CRAP

I saw the clip on TV of Halle accepting her Razzie - aww, I had to laugh; I've never had a real opinion either way about her before, but thought it was cute of her to get up and play along.
