I prefer to think of it as working "with" actually -

and yes - i think creative, talented and thoughtful people like yourselves would be great to have around...

and I do pride myself on being able to put together good teams.

it's half the job - getting the right people in the right departments and letting them do what they are good at - just guiding their talents to suit the overall vision of the piece

and how would i LOVE to be in production for something as early as this summer (whoooo hoooo what a kick that would be) but I doubt it - not this year

maybe next year?
