roti skins are the West Indian version of tortillas...
they are soft (like pita) but no pocket - they are round and flat (like pizza dough) but the flour is spiced (different islands use different spices - but you can count on curry...) and litely baked before being filled with the roti stew...
i call roti - "west indian burritos"

Where do you get those, Fredi? Oh, and is Fredi short for anything or is that your actual name?
Beka, what happened with your stomach?

don't wanna get graphic, but basically it's hurt like a m***** f***** and everything i eat/drink, even WATER, comes back up...
my parents think its stress, cause its all the same cycle since i had walking pneumonia and missed 2 weeks of school. get sick > get behind > go back to school > not sleep trying to catch up > get sick again. it sucks. and yesterday i had the worst day in a really long time (i b*tched about it to NTG and she put up with me, which i'm extremely thankful for). i've cooled down now, though.

i don't know. theyre taking all the tests. and i got blood taken AGAIN! when i had pneumonia my parents dragged me to the doctor EVERY DAY and i got blood taken EVERY DAY. i lost count at this point. and i have the smallest veins, they always miss and have to poke around, which doesn't feel pleasant. it only took them 3 tries this time...
