here's a story about stupidity (amazon) (i wanna note, first off, they are very accomodating).

I ordered something from them in august and it got lost in the mail. so, they sent me a new one (free of charge).

recently it broke (which it should not have done) so i wrote to them. whoever read my email is an idiot and wrote me back saying they are crediting my credit card for the item but, because one got lost in the mail, wouldn't send me a new one. furthermore, they concluded their e-mail with, we are sorry that it was lost in the mail again...

4.0 technically. But if you take honors and AP classes, you can go higher.

If I had gotten a 100% in every class, I could've gotten a 4.5
