How about you start with a nice light seasonal comedy like Christmas with the Kranks, move up to a fluffy glam movie like Ocean's 12, go a bit highbrow with a steady drama like Closer, and finish it all off in style with an epic musical? Hmmm, but which one?

National Treasure has been compared to the DaVinci Code, which I read and enjoyed...

bummer star2b...
i like the play alot...
what went wrong - ya think?
Yeah, I've heard National Treasure is good. I've heard Closer is bad.
But then...that's just what I hear.

i've heard mixed about national treasure. but i've wanted to see it ever since seeing the previews. those kinds of action/adventure movies that are really out there, but could happen really interest me.

not a bad lay-out ellie...
i'll be pretty close to that ...
(i don't know about the kranks... I'll probably go for the sacchrine...)
I thought the actors did as good of a job as they could (I don't know who the other male lead was, but he was excellant)
but I just ended up not caring for the characters at all
it was like: here are the 4 disturbed people, look they're are still disturbed, and look it's the end and they remain disturbed
And to be brutally honest, I felt like I was watching a porno film
Sacharine is nice...it's pretty much the only way I can eat anything sweet.

Tom Hanks is slightly annoying though, isn't he? All American hero - pah! Do us all a favor and pick up a hooker, pal.

i still can't see polar express as a movie -
The only reason I'd want to see National Treasure is for Sean Bean.
