Oh, ok.
Was it an ok experience for you? Because, I swear its my favoriet subject of science, but its hard for me to remember that with Ms. Craptastic Teacher (who, btw, has us calculate the potential and kinetic energy of a 60 kg student jumping to their death off a 100 m tall building because of final exams). *rants*
Well Beka sweetie, really think it over:
do you think you're going to be able to catch up?
is all this stress really worth taking one extra college board test?
are you really getting any beneficial learning for your later life?
AP Euro just isn't for everyone. I had the worst time with it because I (foolishly) thought my own love for European History and my organization skills would make the class a breeze. It wasn't, I was constantly struggling to keep a low B, but I did all the extra credit assignments available, studied my arse off, and was able to get a 4. It wasn't easy, but it was worth it.
Is it really worth it for you?

i loved all history (still do ) because it teaches me how to see what will happen tomorrow
american history always leaves a bad taste in my mouth though - the hypocrisy of it - *gack* *spit*
where am i going - monolouges (sp?) are the easiest of acting... the secret -
know what you are talking about and how you feel about it...
meaning -
all monologues are really stories that boil down to a simple fact...
THIS HAPPENED TO ME! (w/e "this" is..)
and your acting is based on...
HOW I FEEL ABOUT "THIS" HAPPENING TO ME!
relax and enjoy it - they can really be a lot of fun!
Beka, if you're going to kill yourself with the stress, it's not worth it. Do what you can. Challenge yourself, but don't overdo it.

I am just watching a commercial for it...
is anyoen else excited about White Noise?
YES! I love supernatural stuff. I used to want to grow up to be an actress/parapsychologist.

my head hurts just reading that

i don't really think i can catch up.
and i've heard the "euro isn't for everyone" thing before. i DO think that it is for me, i just have horrible research and study habits. HORRIBLE. i don't know how i did the 10 page (a lot at that time) research paper for honors bio last year. my writing is good, and this reading/vocabulary test thingie last year said that i'm at the level of a 3rd year graduate school student. so WHY can't i seem to do this class? its probably the tests that have killed me. the best i've gotten is a 70. but on the other end of the spectrum, the lowest i've gotten on an essay is a 92.
and yes, the stress is killing me. this is one of the last classes i'm still behind in.

Freddi, would just like to take a second and say that you are really good at simplifying anything involving performing...
My Hair audition is a week from today-- I think I might actually have it under control (::gasp::) and that was great advice on monologues
I really hope it's one of those "smart" scary movies that actually intrigues you and scares you at the same time.
NOpe haven't seen it.. I haven't been to the movies much lately..

why thank you blaze - i consider that a great compliment!
"monolouges (sp?) are the easiest of acting..."
Yup, I'm in theatre workshop 1. Like I said, silly baby freshman. And we're not that far because we have a very pregnant teacher and we talk too much. :P

Ok, I'll remember that. Thanks!
*mutters: I played with rats. It made me strong. I played with rats, it made me strong...* The Miracle Worker, anyone?
"relax and enjoy it - they can really be a lot of fun"
That is true. They're fun to watch, at the very least! Its great... everyone in our class knows everyone else's monlogues because we do rounds (like a practice round, round 1, round 2, etc.).
I like "smart" horror movies like Hitchcock and even Silence of the Lambs but the flat out gorefests make me ill, literally
They're stupid and needless, star2b. I totally agree.
I liek horror movies that actually scare me.. I'm into psychological thrillers unfortunately I usually figure them out before the movie ends..

I like classic, black and white horror movies, like Dracula and Frankenstein. And anything like The Twilight Zone.
If it gets good reviews, I'll see White Noise.
Joanne- Yes, I am really doing that one. I've actually freaked some of my classmates out with it, and some of my friends who were slightly amused by it accidentally began a slight rumor that I play with rats, lol. And, did I hear you say... MANCHURIAN? *goes insane* I LOVE The Manchurian Candidate obsessively! The new one was really, really good. Meryl Streep AND Denzel Washington! *dies* Brilliant performances, pretty darn good script! I especially loved the scene where Marco confronted Shaw in that room at the school. I really must see that again, really, I must as its on DVD now. But I do prefer the old one. *points to signature*
