All better. Signature changed
It's all about the acceptance speech.. You can't make it too long then the audience gets bored..
What are these acceptance speeches of which you speak? Something for me to look forward to, perhaps.
Just a little tom-foolery in our boredom today.. Another one of those random topics..
Why is it, the only way I ever get hit on is by old men on the internet wanting phone sex?
I mean I realize I have...well, HAD, now...a LVB line, but it said it was From Rent and not to IM me over yet.
But they still do it. Scary.

som - really good friends are very hard to find...
you'll have lot's o "buds" and "colleauges" (another word I can't spell with the checker) etc... but few TRUE friends.
cherish them - there might be some here
Not that I reccomend hanging out with older people, but I was always more at home in an older crowd.. More mature..
Me too, cam. And as long as they're NICE older people, it's all good.
precisely.. but you also have to be careful.. some people aren't as nice as they seem..

som - worry not...
you are pretty "deep & intense" for your age (and I mean that in a good way)
I still have trouble meeting people who have anything "real" to talk about... those people are rare because it takes an awareness (of self and human behavior) that most are not willing to seek out... so they steep themselves in the mundane (the live of famewhores for example...)
I've had better conversations with you guys (you're all pretty darn deep - of which you should be proud) than I've had with any "new" people in ages... and my circle of true friends (including hubby) I can count on my two hands - I know 100'S of people... maybe 1000's - ya dig?

Fredi, ou en, er, France, est-ce que tu habites? (I can't remember how to do that in past tense.) Je m'excuse. Je ne parle pas francais pour, je pense, quartre annees ou plus. Je va voyager en france et l'autre terres pour the prochaine annee.
sign language doesn't work so well online.. And I dont use my spanish enough to be well versed.. I really want to learn gaelic though.. That's weird isn't it?

on starbucks...
I'm so glad to know that I'm not the only person who doesn't speak "Starbuckian"
It THE most pretentions, overpriced, and HORRIBLE coffee I've ever had in my coffee-lovin' (and I do mean COFFEE LOVIN' life!)
and BST - if you're having vocal trouble - you know caffeine (I'm just too tired to spell) is bad for you - but don't get me wrong - I LOVE COFFEE and have a cup before every show with my situps...
so - the choice is yours - though I am proud of you laying off so you can get your voice back. one day at a time....
(i wonder if we should start CA - coffeeholics anonymous)
