Whoever said that was clearly a man, Lexi. I can't honestly believe any woman with severe cramps hops up and runs a marathon to feel better when drugs have the same (if not better) effect.
I'm going to the gym tonight in hopes it will help my sleep schedule.
I do that too skittles. I usually take medicine, but sometimes it doesn't work.
My gym teacher told me that SD.

No, no, being physically fit in the first place is supposed to help prevent cramps altogether. My friend is an awesome cross-country runner and subscribes to the same theory -- during the season, she never really gets cramps.
Exercising when you already have cramps isn't the best of ideas.
Not hardcore exercise, but going for a walk sometimes helps me feel better, rather than laying around.
See, I go for the immediate results. I'm not going exercise now in the off-chance that 3 weeks down the line, I might not have cramps.

HAHA, that's my philsophy as well (but I should really get in shape!).
Me too, I'm eating a popscikle (sorry I can't spell lol)
I had really bad cramps yesterday and used my laptop as a makeshift heating pad (the damn thing overheats if I leave it on for too long, so why not take advantage?)
I don't know what I want for dinner tonight. *stares blankly at stack of takeout menus*
I've definitely used my laptop as a heating pad. :)
I have to go meet my parents for dinner.
I just went on a packing frenzy. Now half of my room is packed up and shoved in a corner.
Tonight, for the first time in my life, I had ice cream in a restaurant.
Was it everything you ever imagined it could be?
It was strawberry, which is my favorite.
It was actually a very strange experience. I was sort of waiting to feel my throat close, even though it was soy and I knew that woudln't happen.
I slept 12 hours last night, and I'm still really tired.
Wow, I just realized I have like no attention span. I was on the phone with my mom and kept on forgetting to listen.
BWW is so quiet tonight....
I'm sitting here trying to find something to watch on tv and drinking orange juice like it's my job, so I don't get sick, because I think I'm headed that way.
I should make my brother go to bed, but that requires moving.
NYC is going to get frost soon. ew.

jeez, Emcee, you get sick A LOT.
I have to get up early tomorrow for a day-long rehearsal, but I still have no desire to go to bed.
I really do. I have a lot of allergies, so that causes me to get a lot of colds. I also get stress-induced bugs fairly easily, which didn't used to be the case.
I'm toying with going to sleep soon.

Yeah, poor Em is always sick. *sends cyber-hugs from a safe distance*
I'm just poking around here, being my usual home-on-Saturday-night self. And putting off filling out my Starbucks app.
I don't have any music playing and the quiet is a bit disturbing.
