Bleh. I spent all afternoon at work on my feet, so while my ankle was just hurting before, now it's throbbing.

I've been in bed all day, save for two hours to run errands and get some work done. I'm not right now because I'm waiting for my laptop battery to recharge, but then I will be returning.

a lifetime of Banality

Ok, I close my eyes for a short rest, then wake up TWO HOURS LATER with absolutely no clue where my parents have gone. What happened to dinner? I didn't get to eat. What about the homework I needed to do? They never let me sleep past anything in this house, and now I'm really F*CKing screwed because I still have fifteen chapters of biology review to do and ten pages of history to read and outline.

And I don't even know where they are! I called my mom's cell phone and got the voice mail. Would it have killed her to leave a note? I feel completely disoriented.

ss, do you know of any way to get it out? I'm pretty sure you can't, but I don't really remember.

*points to ranty post* Hi to you too, Emcee.

I don't think you can fix that.

Em, whenever that happens to me, it just comes out in the wash.

I've never had it come out in the wash. (I've done this before...) I heard hairspray gets it out; is that true?

Nia... maybe you should call your parents? That's awfully peculiar that they'd just go out and not like, at least leave you a note telling you where they are.

That's fishy. I'm sorry. I hope nothing is wrong.

I once woke up thinking it was 6:30am and started getting ready for school. It turns out it was 6:30pm and my family was eating dinner.

Maybe you'll be more energized to get work done now that you're rested, nia? Sometimes that happens...

I know the feeling, Mandi.

Em, no, I always just have to deal with it. I know that seltzer water helps get a lot of things out, so maybe that's worth a shot?
#3544

a lifetime of Banality

I can try that. I more often hear of using seltzer to clean carpet. heh.

Speaking of washing, this thing I've been wearing on my wrist is... kinda gross. I should wash it.

I hope everything is alright, nia. Is there a reason why you can't do your homework with them gone? I realize your mind is probably in other places (i.e. wondering where they are), but try to put that aside and concentrate. Maybe you can have cereal or something easy to make for dinner.

Em, I wish I could be of help, but I know nothing about stains.

*goes back to studying AP English*

ETA: I just realized that you're likely angry because you don't have as much time to do your work now that you've slept for so long. In that case, you should be able to get most of it done if you start now, no? Don't panic.

Mandi, I just saw your post: Yay new episode of Lost! I wonder if I'll be awake then to watch it. Today I woke up at 12, slept from 2-4:30 and from 5-7. And I'm still exhausted and don't feel well.

I hate s**tty weather, especially s**tty weather on a night when I have tickets to a baseball game.

Yea, especially because my mom has been yelling at me for the last hour about how I should lock up stuff like that in my locker. Bleh.
