I was half-expecting 7th Heaven to be better, since it's the last episode...ever. I was wrong. It sucks.

Yeah, I was expecting the finale to at least be good, since it's the finale. Laaaame.

Has anyone died? And why is Simon getting married?
#4279

random banality

It's really lame.

They're *still* going back and forth about the wedding; who wants to get married, who's going to stop the wedding....

I've always thought that show was pretty lame. random banality *hides*

The wedding was just stopped. Oooooh SUSPENSE!

Me too, Mandi. Television Without Pity used to have the best recaps for this show, just because it was so easy to make fun of, but they stopped last season. If the finale is really that bad, I hope they make an exception and recap this one as well. It sounds hilariously bad.

The back-in-the-day ones were good. Especially Ruthie's science experiment.

I have to make a poster and I have NO.ARTISTIC.TALENT.

Wait, why is her hair down again?

Wouldn't it be fantastic if the last scene was just one giant chainsaw massacre?
#4287

random banality

Oooh, yes! If it is, yell so I can turn it on. random banality

Will do Mandi.

I just cleaned up my computer's desktop. That was fun.

Ooooo! Like the Mafia comes into the wedding and tries to massacre everyone and you have to turn in next season to find out who survived- but there is no next season so you're left with TV movie potential!

*shifty eyes* Not that I watch Dynasty on Soapnet...

Random 7th Heaven fact: Ruthie was always exactly my age, but then her life got boring and they sent her to high school while I was still in 8th grade. I always thought it was really strange that they just let her miss an entire year of life.

What's with all of the twins?

The younger characters on TV shows tend to age at an unusually fast pace so that they reach the teenage years and the more interesting storylines that come with them faster. A recent example is Marissa's younger sister on The OC - she was 10 when the show started 2 seasons ago, went off to boarding school, and is now 15 or 16 (and played by a different actress).
"There was this one time an alarm went off - it was in the middle of '24.' That's just wrong. Everyone knows everyone was watching '24' at that time." --NYU student quoted in the Washington Square News about students ignoring the frequent fire alarms in dorms

Wow...I flipped it on. What the hell was that? So lame!

In this particular episode, Ruthie looks like someone I know, and it's really unnerving.

They just gained 6 grandchildren in one second.

Did they get married, or what?

ETA -- guess not.

I can't stop staring at my new gorgeous avatar.

Ugh, you people! You're making me want to see this episode just to laugh at how horrible it is. I stopped watching years ago, even though my mom and sister still watched it every week, but it's too tempting.
