I like how it looks sometimes, too, but I'm usually really conscious of taking it off before I sleep because it often hurts to wake up with it on. By the time I fell asleep last night, I just didn't want to get up to take it off. Most of it was rubbed off already, so I figured no harm.
That was really banal.
I'm too afraid of poking myself in the eye to wear eyeliner, so I only use it when I'm going somewhere special and my mother is doing my makeup for me. She's been trying for years to get me to use mascara, but the idea just grosses me out.
I'm not a fan of mascara. I wear it, but rarely. I had the same fear of eyeliner, but I had someone teach me how to do it, and now I'm fine with it.
Ugh, I can't believe what time it is, and how unprepared I am.
My eyebrow is bleeding.

Ouch Elphie, how did that happen?
I used to be petrified of eye makeup because the idea of anyone touching their eye skeeves me out. It's for this reason that I don't wear contacts although I might have to start because my eyes are getting REALLY bad.
Mine are too. I think next year I'll convince my mom to get me contacts.
I picked a scab. For about the 7th time. I really need to stop, or else it will never go away.
That's why I don't have contacts, too! But I think I need to just suck it up and get them. I look better without them.
I'm listening to Raul sing. I've never actually listened to a lot of the stuff on his site. It's lovely lovely.
I constantly pick at scabs. It's one of my worst habits.
Strangely enough, having to touch my eyes to put in and take out my contacts has never bothered me.

Ack the thought of anyone touching their eyes just gives me the willies. I can't explain it, it's an irrational phobia.
My brother knows eye-touching freaks me out, so when he first started wearing contacts, he'd chase me around the house with his fingers in his eyeballs.

eww ewwww EWWWWWWWWWW!!!
Thanks for that image, Em
Or, he'd come up to me and be like "LOOK!" and then move his contact around.
Well, I was going to have more cookies, but that killed my appetite.
GROSS.
Your brother sounds like a lovely person.

I don't think I'm going to sleep tonite. I'll be having nightmares about eyeballs.
My brother is an interesting one.
Mel, it's gonna rain, if that helps you.
It was like 50 degrees here today. Fifty in North Carolina. In May. Something... is not right.
Em, I do the same thing to my sister. I'll just walk up and poke myself in the eye really hard, and she'll freak the hell out. It's great.
Maybe there's a place all you eye-touchers can go, together.
Yeah, there is.
Hell.
But then there would be no point in touching our eyes. The point is to freak people out.
Y'all are cruel.

*is leaving the board until all the eye-touching talk stops*
My imagination is WAY too visual for this conversation.
