bleeeehhhhhhhhhh. It was so dense. Like, denser than the densest thing you can imagine. And my grandmother, who can't see too well, went "This piece of matzo is really thick." We had to explain to her that it wasn't matzo pizza, it was...nasty pizza.

Was it really crunchy and crumbly? The one I had had soy cheese, too, which was like... soggy? Not a fun experience.

What's kasha?

When a teacher tells you to outline a paper, how specific does it have to be?

Kasha itself is just a grain, and it's used in a lot of really healthy cereals and things.

Kasha Varnishkas are.... this.... traditional (ish?) Jewish food -- it's cooked in with bowtie noodles and oil and... so good.

*nods* I see.

*eats Easter candy* Yum, sour jellybeans. I already ate my chocolate bunny's ears.

No, it wasn't crunchy OR crumbly. It was just sort of...stuck together, and kind of soft. EWWWWWWWWW.

I'm not a huge fan of kasha. I don't think it has enough of a taste. I do enjoy kasha varnishkes on occasion, though.

I found mutilated Easter bunnies in my fridge at home. I... don't really know what was up with that. I also found jellybeans that I wanted to take, but I don't know who they belonged to, and if they were my brother's.... he'd hurt me.

Kasha's up there with mashed potatoes. They make life worth living AND they fix problems.

I'm eating left over Chinese food. Again.

Good luck with that candy....

I sort of hate mashed potatoes on principal. They make me think of the phrase "meat and potato girl", which refers to a simple type who would live on a farm and have no understanding of culture. I'm desperately trying to avoid that.

Well, I am a big fan of kasha. However, this is not my mother's kasha, and.....I can taste the difference.

My mom doesn't make good kasha because my dad won't eat salt and... then it's just... not good without salt. Sometimes, I make mashed potatoes out of the box. Someone I know has a potato masher, and it's the neatest kitchen tool ever.

I left the jellybeans; I was only home for a little while, though they did tempt me.

I ate gummy worms yesterday. Also comforting, even though the concept is kind of wacky.

I can not stop sneezing. Help!

My parents gave me this... bagel... bread? But it's square.

I don't understand. You can't be a bagel and bread at the same time.

It.... well. It's square. With round edges. Like bread.

BUT. It's split in two and has a hole in the middle like a bagel.

I don't really get the point, but trying to figure it out is probably about as useful as pondering the meaning of life.

Why, Burlesque?

The hole isn't really a hole. It's more like a bread version of a belly button.

At there bagel store near my house, they sell square bagels.

Nia, I like your avatar. Did you draw it?

As for sneezing help(I am an experienced sneezer), it sometimes works to say "cow" right before you are about to sneeze.

Alright, I will. Hold on...

Elphie, I'm going to try that. Have you ever heard that if you tug your earlobe you won't sneeze?

What's the point of a square bagel? BAGEL = ROUND.

It's really, really cool. I like it. A lot. Do you have a bigger version, by any chance?

I actually haven't heard the earlobe thing, but I may try that next time! I usually sneeze up to 8 or 10 times in succession, and get a lot of weird stares.
