No, no animals!
My birthday's not until May 3rd, but we went shopping on Saturday, "just to look", and I found the one I wanted. My sister was sort of angry. She was like, "But now you won't have anything to open on your birthday! Mom, don't give it to her yet!" So I said I would buy it myself, and just ask for money for my birthday, and my mom bought it.

The card I got from my parents today was like "present to come..." I... don't really know what they got me; since my mom took me to see Company, I wasn't really expecting anything else. I feel bad, though; they feel like they HAVE to get me something ON my birthday since I'm turning 20 and whatnot.

It's a new decade for me, at the beginning of a new month, near the beginning of a new season... it sort of feels like it could be a new start. I'm just counting down the days. My sister turns 18 at the end of the month, so it's a big year for both of us! My poor mother, hehe.
