I'm not that excited about seeing The Drowsy Chaperone with school, but then I remember that there are people who have never even been to NYC, so I guess that I should be happy that I get the chance to go again.
Bohemian. *hugs*

I hope everything turns out ok with your mom, bohemian.
Thanks. *hugs back*
I'm so sorry, I hope you're mom's okay.
Bohemian, you and your mom are in my thoughts. *hugs*
I just came back from seeing The Wedding Singer.

Bohemian, I send my love and any good karma I have left. *hug* If you need to talk, we're here to listen anytime.
Emcee, I'm glad to hear you're making new friends.
dancingthru, what did you think of it?
.... I am? Please, just... don't, nia. I don't know what your intent or your tone is, and I really don't want to go there. Maybe it makes you feel better, but please don't.
I don't know if I'm doing this paper right.
Nia- I liked it! It was a lot of fun.
I was just walking around outside on my roof.
Why?
I really wish I was old enough to drink.

Emcee, you're in college... I don't think it matters that you're a bit underage if you really want to find alcohol. May I ask why?
Dancing, what exactly is the show about? I don't fully understand the premise.
I'm just bummed out and overwhelmed. Not that I know from experience, but alcohol fixes that, no? I very rarely ever even entertain the thought.
The Wedding Singer is one of my favorite guilty pleasure movies. I don't normally like Adam Sandler, but it's really, really funny.

I think it depends on the person. Alcohol is actually a depressent and if you overdo it, the consequences suck. *shivers* I haven't thrown up in years and I want to keep my track record.
In my opinion the best excuse for drinking is to have no excuse. You don't want it to become a habit. I understand that your having a bummed out birthday, I've been through my share. Have a bath, watch a movie you haven't seen in awhile, just take a couple hours for yourself.
The show is based on the film by the same name that starred Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore (It was released around 1998 or so). It's about a waitress named Julia Sullivan and a wedding singer named Robbie Hart. They meet at a wedding and become friends. Robbie is dumped by his own fiancee at the altar, which makes his job jsut about impossible. To top it all off, he finds out the Julia is engaged to her Wall street tycoon boyfriend, Glen. I don't want to tell much more, because that would be giving away too much. The show was really cute though, I liked it.
Throwing up is my least favorite thing. Of course, I end up doing so much more than I would like.
I actually think I'm allergic to Vodka. Great.
I don't have time for either, resting or partying. *writes*
Bohemian, I'm really sorry about your mom. I hope they caught it early.
Not all drinking/partying leads to throwing up, as long as you know what you can handle and can watch yourself.
You'll get it done Em.
It's due in a week, but I want to get it done sooner, so it can be out of the way.
I agree with Nia that throwing up is awful though. I did some last weekend (from the flu rather than drinking) and it was hideous.
I'm seeing The Wedding Singer with my family this Saturday. I'm hoping it'll be a fun afternoon.
Throwing up sucks.
I'm seeing it soon in a few weeks, I'm really excited because I love Stephen Lynch and Amy Spanger.
After the fight I had with my mom earlier, you'd think she would call back. She hasn't called back, nor have either my father OR my brother called me today.
I feel like such a f*cking reject.
