I should not have had all that wine with dinner. Now my head is spinning. At least I didn't embarrass myself in front of my family and friends.

Uh oh. Go lay down!

My parents are running late.

I'm waiting for my brother and sister-in-law to show up, so I can babysit and they can go have a rare night out.

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be enbered with your old nonsense. ~ Emerson

I just broke my diet and had a bowl of ice cream. I have a research paper due on May 1st that I should probaly start typing.

I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

Do you think that a person is addicted to soap operas if they stay up until 2 in the morning to see a rerun on cable?

I feel sick. Last week, a lot of things were going great for me, but in the past few days, everything just kind of collapsed. And some of the stuff is only remotely effecting me, but just the fact that it's happening to people in my life is making me sick with worry for them.

The back of my desk chair just broke off. This does nothing to improve my mood.

I took a shower, and I feel even more tipsy/nauseous than I did before :-/

I had an appetite before, which made me feel good, since I can't be that sick if I have one. But I got up to go get my food, and I got really dizzy/nauseous. I forced myself to eat, but now I just feel terrible.

Oy, collaterals. It's been a couple of years since I had to deal with one and the word still freaks me out.

Once I get these done...NO MORE COLLATERALS...ever. Unless I somehow flunk this term, but the likelihood of that is null.

You may not have collaterals in senior year, but you still have 3 big papers per semester for Humanities and all sorts of silliness for Participatory Democracy.

I just ran into someone who I haven't seen in about two years at dinner. I was afraid to say hi, because it's been so long. She was sort of a teacher of mine in high school, and I worked with her outside of school. It was really nice, though.

Mine too, especially if you have what I had a week ago.

Is that a henna painting on your hand, Nia?

How's your life going, Chloe?

I just spent the last hour and a half writing answers to a twelve question essay test on ecology, due on Monday because our teacher pent over two weeks on invertebrates and the AP test is in two weeks and we're way behind. I'm halfway through, and I've done three hours of work total. *fumes*

I'm fine now, but that virus stuck around longer than intestinal flu usually does and made me feel pretty bad. I hope no one else has it.

I'm in a fallow period right now, Nia, working a little bit here and there - I did a few days on United 93, that's so controversial right now. I should be doing more with my house.

*pets Elphie* Deep breathes....

Roar. I hate hate HATE depending on other people for work. If people were more efficient and like, clear, I could have this paper finished tonight.

What do you think of that movie, Chloe?

I despise group work. I'm the only one who ever does anything.

I like your henna, Nia!
