"A little-noted presentation by a federal health researcher last month at the International AIDS Conference in Vienna suggested that the rate (of circumcision) had fallen precipitously...to just 32.5 percent in 2009 from 56 percent in 2006."

My own thorough but in no way exhaustive research showed the rate ranging from near 100% in the early 60's to 80% in the 70's & 80's. I haven't really done much research on subjects born after that. Anyone else?

They don't circumcise here. It was quite a surprise the first time we went to the lake and there were six or seven little toe headed boys running around with their little pointy peckers! (People also let their children swim nude here at public lakes.) Only a little over 3000 boys are circumcised in Sweden each year and almost all are Muslim or Jewish.
