Too right, robbiej. Let's not forget the merciless cyber kicking she took for missing a grand total of 9 performances in the entire run, while nobody says nothing about Chenoweth's mahoosive absences during Wicked.

Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.

It is no mystery to anyone I know that I adore the goddess more than life itself. And many of you reading this are from "our" board..www.bernadette-peters.com. I have met Ms. Peters now 3 times, and at one perormance in mid May, I was seated in the first row and during the curtain call, she waved and blew me a kiss and mouthed me name. After the show, she came over to me outside and rememberd my name from meeting her 5 months before. It was a wonderful experience.
I've got 3rd row seats to her concert in Boston, can't wait!!!

Who here was at the final performance of Gypsy? I will always remember that...as the day I met Mr. Sondheim!!! (BP forum peeps, sorry for reminding everyone that about once a day, but it was an EXTRAORDINARY moment).
What a legendary performance that was.

I've been listening to her album of Sondheim songs. Her "There Won't Be Trumpets" is fantastic.

i was just listening to her "unexpected song" and "being alive" from the "Hey Mr. Producer! - The Musical World of Cameron MacKintosh" CD.

forgot to add that while listening to those songs i was picturing BP singing them cross-eyed like she looks in Rathnait's icon.
