I don't like that people are actually placing bets on who is going to die in book 6 because I believe JK said that this is a full out war. That would mean a lot of people are going to die between now and the end of book 7, and thinking that only one person is going to die kind of takes away from what a war really is.

Also, the third movie was by far the best. Yes, there are certain things I disagreed with, but I felt that Cuaron actually took the characters and storyline seriously, and face it...it was better that they took things away for a more coherent movie. Even with all the things they took out of book 3, I felt the third movie did an absolutely top-rate job in portraying the world that JK Rowling wrote. Chris Columbus made it too clean and glossy and theme-park-ish and I felt he didn't incorporate the real world that confines this hidden Wizard world. I thought Cuaron did it perfectly and despite what some of the uberfans say, I'm glad JK Rowling herself agrees with me.

"I've got to get me out of here This place is full of dirty old men And the navigators and their mappy maps And moldy heads and pissing on sugar cubes While you stare at your books."
