System is not letting me create threads with attachments. I am notifying BWW.

I don't think the site has ever accommodated attachments.
You can link to a web page, picture or video, but they must already be online with a web address that you can copy/paste. I assume this is because by linking, the original material remains on its original server. This protects BBW's servers' storage limits from reaching their capacity limits. It also lowers the possibility of contaminating their servers with viruses, etc.
If you have an account with server space (i.e., googledocs or iCloud) you can upload to that source, then use the tools above to create a web link, image link, or video link. The source material stays stored on your server, rather than BBW's.
PS: I don't know what your attachment might be, but are you certain you want to expose that material to possible edits, etc. by whomever opens it?

I did not mean attachments. That was what came to mind as I was ever-so-gently trying to get the cat off the laptop.
