tiff, you seem to be on the same diet i attempted... FAILURE! after about 40 days i lost nothing and just gave up.

Really? I've, unfortunately, been cheating a fair bit (I've binged, like, twice now and it's only been 16 days) but last year when I actually stuck with it, I lost 15lbs in my first three weeks. I haven't been too disciplined this time which sucks because I care more now than I did last year.

*dreading Europe for so many reasons*

no it doesn't catie. the adam pascal thread is on it's second leg, they used up all their bandwith in the first one. there have been a couple others like that too. we're still on the original thread.

Well, it's okay. Most of the people on here met through Wagon anyway, so this is almost like an extension of it! Plus it's not about quantity, but quality. And this place is BRIMMING with quality.
