Wow, that conversation crashed and burned!

I'm hardly a-glow. I hope this doesn't turn into what my first encounters with weed were - absolutely nothing the first few times, and then on one curious binge, the worst trip I ever had in my life.

Today, the 16th, is also my second day "officially" back on Atkins (as opposed to saying I was on Atkins, skipping the cookies for a few hours, and then binging on chips later in the day). It's sure as hell costing me a lot more than it did the first time 'round - now that I don't have the self-control to NOT eat chocolates and sweets, I have to spend triple the price to buy the "Atkins-approved" and "carb-conscious" replacements, which taste like paper pulp and bamboo.

Well, as per Ellie's suggestion to me, I've started walking to New York from Vancouver. I've just passed Skagway, Alaska, and I took a bit of a left turn, but for some reason these Japanese fishermen keep waving at me. Good thing I've got a good sense of direction!

Tao has a better scene. Sushi/Samba has better food, but that's not saying much. The one on Seventh Ave. South is much cooler than the one on Park Ave

And Shub, what's wrong with my fishy smell on your clothes??? You say that like it's a bad thing! I'll sell my Vegas tickets first and see how that goes. If I need more cash, I might need to dip into the money I could make from selling the MSG pair, but I really want you both to go! I'll see how it turns out. (I suppose first I'll need to FIND the New York tickets...uh oh...)

Well, we'll see tomorrow... won't we? Ah... yes. Uh, we will see. Nothing at all. I'm seeing the show again tomorrow night and I plan to go ask him for a way to contact him, since the other BTP teachers wanted us to stay in touch with them as well. I'd be interested in taking a class with him if ever I'm in California.

So the 10th is U2, correct? When are we doing sushi? I must know now, this minute.
