I lost a lot of weight on Atkins. Around 25 pounds. And after doing it for 4 months, I was able to eat whatever I wanted for about half a year, and then started gaining it back after that. Now I've gained back 20 of those pounds and I'm not happy.

This 3-Hour Diet is probably healthier and it's essentially about portion control, but I liked that I could eat 5 steaks and a block of cheese on Atkin's.

eww. that doesn't even sound good... well... minus the cheese part. i love cheese. but the steak part? eww.

That was my problem with Atkins, I don't like meat much and the idea of eating more than a piece of chicken makes me very ill.

I am at work, so not much time for talking.

And, since there is really very little I can do but wait, there is not much to say.

I think the other sitches are much more entertaining than mine!

And, still no word on HK.
