It's this funny thing...see...the hours of sunlight travel from east to west, see. So when it's getting darker on the east coast, it's still the middle of the afternoon on the west coach. And SHOCKINGLY, even though Canada is a whole different country than America, Vancouver is just north of LA and SF, but still on the same coast. (You still with me here?) And because the sun is SO! BIG! that it can bathe Vancouver AND LA at the same time (and it doesn't discriminate based on what country you're in), Vancouver runs on the same time as, say, Los Angeles.

What I'm trying to say, you eejit, is of course I'm not on EST. DUH.

(I say that with love but just a wee hint of frustration.)


ETA: Sure, maybe if someone's craving limp swollen cow tongue for dinner! More attractive, no?

I suppose it's my bad for screwing up the screen alignment, but that huge, slimy, moldy tongue in a smaller size would just not have the same effect.
