Hm... gonna have to watch that Mr. Bondi...
He's back - with his hat.
He's almost as cute as my cats.
How about that!
Walter is back.. Yay!! YWIW, we kept him away from the juicy stuff last time.. It looks as though that may have to be done again
Then I will just have to pump your or Tiff for details so I can live vicariously through you all.
You dont want to live vicariously through me right now.. My life consists of work, rehearsal and middle school drama *that pisses me off mind you**
Undi and Tiff will get to spend a day with Mr. Bondi.
I might just swap with the past couple of weeks I have been having. (Save the wonderful evening of course where I got to meet DD and DG!).
DD - Stoli now has WB envy.
Damn double post. Blame it on the dizzy spells. Updated On: 4/5/06 at 06:18 PM
Aren't DD and DG the epitomy of fabulousness??
Amen sista!
One is only as good as the company one keeps.
WB is excited because he gets to spend the day riding in the car with fabulous ladies.
*blushes*
You're not letting Tiff drive the short bus are you??
I promise I'll wear my helmet!
erm... yeah, no. That whole "I got my license with a stick shift" didn't fly. Plus I live in town now... a short bus ride away from everything. Except the outlet malls.
I actually drove a school bus for a couple of summers when I worked at a summer day camp . . .

But was it the short bus?
I didn't say I got my licence with a shift stick. I said I learned on a car with a shift stick. I drive a tiptronic Protege nowadays and said specifically that I hadn't driven stick since the time I was a learner.
But it's okay. Call me a liar. I won't pretend I'm not offended. (Seriously.)
Nope. I don't do anything short or small, thank you.
66 passenger bus.
And I heard that Tiff can drive a nasty stick, but maybe that was a different conversation.
Is it just my PMS hormone-wacky state or was I really just called a liar?
hey hey hey... I ain't calling no one a liar. I guess my recollection of the convo was erroneous.
I would say so.
And really, what's so shocking about me being able to drive stick? Did I not commute to a college that sits on top of Burnaby Mountain? I guess I'll just have to rent a Jeep when you guys are in town and prove it.
(Can you tell lying is the one trait I most deplore in people? So I always feel the need to go on the defensive when I'm called one because it gives me a nasty physiological and mental reaction.)
ETA: A ha! I found the post:
My first driving lessons was with stick so I can do it well (how anyone in the Rockies can NOT drive stick is beyond me) but since you're in Capitol Hill, it's probably just better for us to walk or bus, right?
*hands Tiff a cookie and steps away from keyboard*
I could tell you the story of learning to drive stick, and borrowing my uncle's truck to move my sister from Santa Barbara to Sacto, and they not bother to tell me that the clutch was already going out when I got it, and then downshifting repeatedly as I went up a hill and then having it die right near Andersen's Pea Soup in Solvang . . .
And them . . .
But I would not want to bore you.
Where on earth is Sacto or Solvang??
