Does Justin Timberlake understand that carrying a tune in a bucket means he can't stay on pitch, like so many boyband members?

I think that is a slippery slope when artists / musicians start criticizing other artists / musicians in a public forum like the one referenced here.

That said, I'm catching Justin's club show at Atlanta's Tabernacle (about 2000 people capacity) on Sunday night. We shall see how his new material sounds. The early buzz says that the new CD evokes classic Prince.

*shrugs* I loved Taylor's voice and dislike Timberlake's. I thought it sounded like his balls were in a vice when he sang.

I do have to admit to liking Rock Your Body.

I happen to like Taylor; I'm more fond of him than I am of Justin anyway.

I am not into Taylor Hicks' voice, performance, or style. His will be the first Idol CD I don't intend to buy. However, I think JT was out of place commenting on Taylor like that. It would be like [name of a big pop star in the 90s] saying something bad abt JT when he was just starting out his career.

I like Taylor(although I still think Katherine should have won AI) but as for Timberlake, it's not like he can sing. Why should he be insulting other singers when no-one could call him a brilliant singer.
