Tofu in Chinese food is hot.
Tofu in cheese and hot dogs is a big fat NOT.

I'm obsessed with it, in all shape and sizes.
LOVE IT! And I can assure any meat-eaters out here who think it's 'not hot', I can cook you tofu dishes and sell it to you as meat dishes, you won't even be able to tell the difference. 
I wish people would give it a bit more of a try instead of always choosing meat.

my favorite way to prepare tofu is to carefully dump it into the nearest trash receptacle and grab a monster thickburger and chili fries.
and plan for an extra hour on the elliptical with the setting at k2.
