What's ironic. I realize that I started a mess, and I want to fix it. I am not HD, and I get angry at him whenever he destroys the peace. I'm angry at myself for destroying the peace.

Please. The reason why I wanted to become a Democrat is because I see all of those portrayals of Republicans who hate homosexuals, are obnoxious, are hypocritical, and just generally unpleasant to be around. I'm sorry to everyone (and to PalJoey and Finding Namo especially). Back when I was a lurker, I really looked up to you guys. I didn't want any of this to happen.
Or is it because I'm Christian? Well, it's nice to know that every single Christian who ever lived is a Bible-thumping, obnoxious, homophobic blowhard, but what happens to the people who fall in between?

I am SO sorry I missed this thread when it first appeared but appreciate it being linked in the "best threads of 07" thread.
I think this was when I was having my liposuction/tummy tuck/hemorrhoidectomy, and was out of it for a few days.
May I please add to the list:
The revelation through DNA evidence that Anna Anderson was NOT in fact The Grand Duchess Anastasia. My dream was shattered that day.
