I like Richard but love Stephanie and Antonia. I'd be fine with any of them winning.
Was a little scared for Richard when he was saying how he hates when he fails, and that his wife was working extra hard because he was away, etc. I thought they were foreshadowing his elimination.
Spike was an a-hole (and was way out of line with the Chicago restauranteur last night) but I think he may be a better chef than Lisa. I'm sure she loves to cook, but her lack of energy and enthusiasm is awful. She seems so defensive and pissed off during judging, too. What's with the ever-present bitchface? I loved Nicki and wish she was there in her place.
Although the guest judge loved them, the idea of peanut butter mashed potatoes does not sound appealing to me.

I wish he would have won.

Speaking of sweet Dale, I wonder if he's still dating that guy from Project Runway.

No, he's not doodle. PR guy dumped sweet Dale.
I can't wait for all of the above to start.

Good...Dale was too good for plastic surgery man.
Interesting that Dale had the mohawk and this season the lesbian had the mohawk.

doodle, you know I am. I worshipped Shear Genius!
I also miss the cluelessly self-absorbed Jonathan Antin. Blow Out was reality show crack.

Blow out was good the first season, but once he had a kid, meh...the nutjobs on "Flipping Out" are coming back...love the assistant on that one.

*gasp* 30 Days is coming back? SCORE! I love that show :)
I was a little disappointed in last night's Top Chef episode. I'm not a fan of either Spike or Lisa---imo, the top 4 should have been the top 3 with both getting eliminated. Oh well.

Spike lost because he was an ass! "It was in your freezer." or whatever, truly classless.
My early bet is on Richard.

Ugh. I can't believe Lisa pulled off being mediocre enough to land in the finals. She is such a pill. I hate looking at her angry/stoned face at every judging. You know the one...where she looks like she would kick your ass if she hadn't taken that last hit off the beer can bong.
I would love to see Stephanie or Antonia win.

#137re: Top Chef Chicago
Posted: 5/29/08 at 4:25pmAntonia is far superior and should be Top Chef..

I mentioned Lisa's double chin pages ago! Get with it, matt!
(the beercan bong hit look is more descriptive, tho...)

Posted: 5/29/08 at 5:30pmI really like the remainder of the contestants with the exception of Lisa. She is so difficult with everyone it seems. Everytime she goes to the judges table and they critique her I am waiting for her to attack. I think Antonia is awesome though.

I'm torn between Stephanie and Antonia. I love them both. Richard is fine, too.
Stephanie gets the edge in my hometownn-girl loyalty test.

#145re: Top Chef Chicago

#146re: Top Chef Chicago
Posted: 5/29/08 at 5:48pmdid you notice the dykey mohawk that Lisa was sporting in the previews?
