I love Halloween...but not while at college.
Walking through campus I'm bombarded with slutty nurses, slutty maids, slutty cheerleaders, slutty teachers, slutty schoolgirls, slutty girl scouts, slutty sluts...
...and then there's the students who get dressed up.

Wow, you must go to my school.
I especially love the slutty consruction workers and slutty Alice in Wonderland. And I am stuck at my computer working on an 8 page midterm.

I was sick of this trend LAST year, and I read an article the other day that makes me think it's only going to get worse. Apparently there was even a French maid's costume for toddlers on the rack this year.
Ladies, here's a fresh new idea for next year's Halloween - how about NOT being a whore?

This weekend I was Logainne from Spelling Bee. And I looked 12. It was fun, but doesn't really help in the guy department. But not all of us are whores.

Posted: 10/31/06 at 9:43pmHad some extremely cute trick or treaters. One little boy was dressed up as a horse and was barely old enough to be able to say "Trick or Treat" It was adorable. We had another trick or treater who came about 9:30 and apologized for being late. I said it was ok because we are college students and are up late anyways. THen he said "I can't wait til I am in college!" At which point I said "Believe me, enjoy being young while you can." I love living far enough off campus that we don't have to deal with college students.
