Twenty (20) Minutes Cut From 'The Path to 9/11'

AP is simply incorrect.
Their incorrectness is nothing new.
It was one minute, and thank goodness, Bob Iger stood up to the Stalinist tactics of Harry Reid, Clinton, Albright, and Burglar.
The over-riding truth of Clinton failures are well documented.
Thanks.
Do you stoop to the copy and paste-even after you deride everyone else who does that? The hypocrisy wafts over the Hudson.
At what about copyright concerns? Craig?
Their incorrectness is nothing new.

ok, see here's your problem, PJ presents something to back up his claim, you simple claim something and have no support for it.

Chanticleer, you're a such a sad case. On your blahhhhhg a year ago you called NYC the "Capital of the World!" You waxed rhapisodic perhaps over the idea of what your life might have been like had you ever been able to leave you family and come out of the closet and life a life of freedom in the Big Apple.
But then you come here and MOCK people who live in New York. You liberally quote the theater reviews of the New York Times and then pretend it's the holy bible for people on BWW as you dis it as The Treasonous Times.
You are obviously a conflicted little man, twisted up in a love-hate relationship with just about EVERYTHING.
You critize other people's intellectual capabilities and then criticize those who demonstrate clearly that they are smarter than you as being "elites."
You really have to pick a stance, and stop flip flopping.

My local newspaper defined this movie in their TV listing as "Based on the 9/11 Commission Report."
Salve, Regina, Mater misericordiae
Vita, dulcedo, et spes nostra
Salve, Salve Regina
Ad te clamamus exsules filii Eva
Ad te suspiramus, gementes et flentes
O clemens O pia

Prove it was one minute. Go on, Chanti PROVE IT! Meanwhile, the AP article stands for itself.
And re plagiarism and copyright infraction--you are a schoolteacher so you ought to be able to understand that FAIR USE means PROPERLY CREDITING another person's copyrighted or copyrightable words and using only a PORTION of the original work.
Not crediting them is Plagiarism, and using more than a portion (as defined by common practice and legal precedent) is Copyright Infringement.

For everyone's benefit, posts like "And what about copyright concerns? Craig?" in a thread do me or the other moderators no good unless we happen to be reading.
A better idea is to send a PM or fill out the contact form and make a moderator (I'm not the only one you know) aware of posts that you believe to go against the guidelines.

I didn't watch the program -- what did they show to take the place of the twenty minutes that were cut?
"What was the name of that cheese that I like?"
"you can't run away forever...but there's nothing wrong with getting a good head start"
"well I hope and I pray, that maybe someday, you'll walk in the room with my heart"

I've been making a concerted effort not to watch anything on ABC, but admit to turning to GMA this morning when Matt Lauer was interviewing the clown.

Matt Lauer is on NBC.

I know Matt is on NBC. I said I switched channels to GMA when he interviewed Bush this morning.

Ohhh. I thought you turned the channel to Matt Lauer, not away from. Gotcha.

No problem. I realize I could have worded it a little better.

anyone else find it humorous that Chanti still hasn't responded with any proof that it was only a minute?

A better idea is just to forget it. Only those posters who are on "Most Favored Poster" status are going to get anything done.

Gothampc - not sure what your beef is, but even Chanticleer can attest to actions being taken regarding posts he's written in about.
